Hello,
I have a Trados Studio Freelance - 12 month subscription (Trados Studio 2024). (Version: 18.0.2.3255) I deactivated the license and signed out on my old computer, but when I try to activate it on my new device, I receive the error message: "Maximum number of registered devices reached."
After multiple attempts, the program now closes immediately before I can enter any information.
Could you please reset my license or remove the old device from the registered devices list so that I can activate it on my new computer?
