Unable to activate Studio 2017 — only 2011 shows

Hello, 
 I&rsquo;m trying to activate Trados Studio 2017 Freelance on a new PC. My old computer was broken, but I already reset/deactivated the license properly, or at least i think i do. Now when logging in, I see an activation code under SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus but it doesnt work - it says what I posted in the picture below. Under that license I see If you have a license older than Trados Studio 2019 ClickHere. When I click I only see two other licenses, with no activation codes, one is this SDL Passolo 2011 Essential (Single-user) and the other is SDL Trados Studio 2011 Freelance Plus . 
 Could someone assist in releasing or resetting my 2017 license so I can activate it on the new machine?

 You have an available activation. If you have Windows 11 you need to do the following steps before activating the license offline: 
 In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test). 
 Then try offline activation: https://sdl.service-now.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039784
