URGENT — SDL Trados Studio 2019 license shows "Available" but activation still fails

Hello RWS Team,


I reset my SDL Trados Studio 2019 license via Self-Service—it’s showing Available in MySDL, but I cannot activate it on my PC, even after an hour and multiple restarts.

Steps taken so far:

+ Reset license in MySDL

+ Waited over 60 minutes

+ Restarted PC and Studio

+ Tried activation twice

This is clearly a licensing server propagation delay, and as far as I understand, licensing cases are covered under free support. I'm being directed to self‑help resources with no resolution.
Could you please manually resync/reset the license seat so I can complete activation immediately?
