Deactivate and reactivate a single user license sold to my old email address

Hi, 

I just a got a new desktop computer and I need to install and activate my Trados license. I changed my email address a while ago, so it is obviously not the same I used to buy my license. Is there any way the support could change the old email address I used to buy the license to the new address? Otherwise, I think that this is going to cause a conflict while I try to set up Trados.
