Cannot log into my account

Hello, 
 I have created an RWS account, seems to be working fine, I'm able to access it, but when I try to log in from my Trados studio, I get the following error message: 
 You are not authorized to access Trados 
 To proceed you must accept the invitation link you received via email at If you haven't received an invitation, we recommend you contact your Account administrator or support to help you with your Account configuration. 
 I have received the verification email and clicked on the verification link. 
 Will appreciate some assistance on the matter,
