Today (28/07/2025), I purchased a one-year subscription for Studio 2024. I have paid the invoice and installed the software on my PC. However, when I open it, it appears to be a trial version. Is this normal?
When I try to activate the subscription via "Subscription", I receive the message:
"Your RWS ID is not linked to any Cloud account. Create an account or contact your Cloud account administrator."
When I attempt to create an account, I get the following message:
"You are not authorized to access Trados.
To proceed, you must accept the invitation link you received via email at .
If you haven't received an invitation, we recommend you contact your Account administrator or support to help you with your Account configuration."
However, I have not received any invitation link via email.
In addition, I would like to know how I can use the online version of Studio on my laptop.
