unable to log in and verification

Dear [Support Team / Sir or Madam],

When I clicked the activation link in the email, it showed that the activation failed. Previously, when I clicked the link for the first time, it showed that the activation was successful. However, when I tried to click the activation link again later, it displayed that the account could not be activated.

Now I am unable to log in. Could you please advise me on what to do next?
