Some days later, I deactivated my Trados Studio 2024 license on the RWS website to install it on another computer as my last computer crashed, and after more than an hour it was still activated as per the website.

I tried deactivating it again and again, without managing to activate it between my tries, and now it says I used the 3 deactivations in the 12-month period, while none of the deactivations had worked, after each try and some time waiting, it always showed the license was still used! Even now, 5 days later, although the website told me I deactivated it, my license is still in use in the dashboard.

I don't find how to get help from the support and I need it urgently...
