I've recently discovered that license reset can be done 3 times in 12 months.

I'm currently working in a secure offline environment where system wide change is frequent such that Trados licenses activated offline is repeatedly lost.

Therefore, I'm trying to use the offline deactivation feature instead of the license reset.

I have 5 Trados Studio 2022 freelance licenses (one is Trados Studio 2022 Freelance, and others are two Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus with extra licenses).

I'm able to use this offline deactivation for 4 licenses, but one of the PCs with Trados installed was changed such that its license has to be reset offline (cannot be deactivated offline due to security reasons).

In short, I need one of the Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus licenses to be reset. 

I'm ready to provide the information needed to do this.
