Dear Trados support,
I've a problem about SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional license activating.
I used SDL Trados 2019 in old pc.
It's seems to be keeping on activating, it can't release the license
I watched LISENCE&SUBSCRIPTION in RWS page, the status is Available 1.
Also Reset License link was disappeared in RWS.
It seems to have exceeded the limit for reset.
As a result, I can't activate Trados 2019 in new PC.
So I'm asking here.
Could you give me an advice?

Your license is available for activation, please try to activate your license offline as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039784
If you have Windows 11 follow these steps before activating the license: In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).
