Trados Stuidio 2021 activation failed

Hi

I met a problem when activating 2 codes on new laptops. Previously reset them on my cloud account and tried to re-activate them on new laptops (succeeded before), but failed this, with messages shown: 

Activation failed.
Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

Can anyone help? Thanks
