Hi
I met a problem when activating 2 codes on new laptops. Previously reset them on my cloud account and tried to re-activate them on new laptops (succeeded before), but failed this, with messages shown:
Activation failed.
Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
Can anyone help? Thanks

If the license shows as "In use" in your account try to reset it before the activation as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
