Why is my license deactivated?

Hello,

I purchased Trados Studio 2022 Freelance and have activated it since last September, which worked well last year.

And a few days ago, I tried logging into the Trados Studio offline, which had an activated button with a green check mark. But clicking it did not activate the Trados, but a warning popped up and said, "No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code." 

And the Order Details on the web page says, Users:1, In use:1, Available:0. What does it mean? Does it mean it's not available anymore?

What I purchased was a single-user license last year, and it doesn't have an expiry date either. 

I am confused about what happened. Could you explain what is going on? 

I also checked the following video and went to the page, but my page says "can't deactivate online?," not "can't activate online" as in the following video.
