Cannot deactivate license

Hello,

My computer with Trados died thanks to a failed motherboard and I need to migrate to a new computer. I have been unable to deactivate the license myself using the means available on the Trados website.

I contacted support and they told me that I have to log a support case by making a post here and that someone will be in touch if I do, so here is the post.

Please help ASAP.
