Request for help with offline deactivation SDL Trados Studio 2019

I am trying to install Trados Studio 2019 on a new computer after my old one died. I tried online deactivation, the Deactivation was initiated, however, "confirm offline deactivation" yielded the error message "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please log a support request. I pasted the "offline deactivation ticket" that I received by email anew in the "Deactivation certificate" box, to no avail. I logged in and out, tried again, but no luck. What can I do to resolve this problem? I really need this to be activated on my backup (travel) computer ...
