I contacted the company via the customer service chat and was told that they’re currently dealing with some technical issues, and that I should post here on the community page. So - here I am.
Frankly, I’m not sure what kind of help I’m expected to find here, aside from reinforcing what I’ve known for a long time: Trados technical support and customer service have consistently been disappointing, especially considering how expensive the software is.
If I add up everything I’ve spent on licences and upgrades over the years, I could probably have bought a decent car by now - and yet this is the level of support we’re left with.
