I've got a new computer and have already uninstalled Trados from the old one. However, my activation code does not work in the new computer. Can you deactivate it in my old computer so that I can activate it in the new one?

If you have access to the old computer, you can deactivate your license from Help - Product activation. If that fails, you can try resetting it (Reset License) from your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses: https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx
After deactivation please wait for 30 minutes, then activate the license on your new computer.
