Problem to get a deactivation code.
When I try to get a déactivation code from the section Help of my software, it says that it can't as other instances are running although I don't have other instances running.
Can you please help, it becones urgent now.
I just would like to install my licence on a new computer as the keys of my old computer do not work anymore.

If you have access to the old computer, you can deactivate your license from Help - Product activation. If that fails, you can try resetting it (Reset License) from your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses: https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx
After deactivation please wait for 30 minutes, then activate the license on your new computer.

You also have a pending upgrade to Trados 2024, which you can process if you want to.
