Dear All,

We have a Trados Professional Network License with 2 seats and we are having issues trying to activate our machines on the license servers (each machine has his own license server installed, each activated with a seat of the license key).

On our 1st machine, the license server is activated with 1 seat and we can successfully activate Trados, however, none of the online functions work, including updates, it says it can't connect to Trados Cloud, however we can access RWS language cloud through the browser.

On our 2nd machine, the license server is activated with 1 seat, but when we try to activated Trados, we receive a 7673672 error.

When trying to deactivate our license key seat on the 2nd machine, we get a 210202 error, Failed to Install RMS License String.

How we can activate both of our Trados seats, each on his own machine, and access our cloud features?"
