Trados Studio 2024 does not open

Question

I raised this issue yesterday, and upon advice received from Paul, as below, I deleted the folders mentioned, but Trados Studio 2024 still does not open. What else should I do please?

 Reset instead of repair. 
 To do this just close Trados Studio and then delete these folders: 
 %appdata%\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio18\ 
 %appdata%\Trados\Trados Studio\18\ 
 You will lose your plugins, and also your settings, but your projects and other resources will remain untouched. Putting the plugins back is trivial via the integrated appstore. "

 The staff at RWS can only generate one Support Case per thread so if you would like direct help, you each need to start a new thread (if you haven't already).
