Trados Studio Freelance 2024 doesn't open after installation

Question

Hi Team! 
 
 I was experiencing some issues with my older version of Trados (Trados Studio Freelance 2022), which suddenly didn't open anymore. 
 So I tried several workarounds (which didn't work) and then I decided to upgrade to the newest version of the software: Trados Studio Freelance 2024. 
 I installed Trados 2024 correctly on Windows 10, but it still doesn't open. It freezes here for 30 seconds and then this screen disappears as well: 
 
 I tried every workaround suggested in the community forum (deleting the Plugin folder, renaming some folders with _old, uninstalling the software and installing it again, unistalling the latest Windows updates). 
 
 Nothing solved this issue. Please help!
