I opened my Trados as usual and instead of the usual working screen, a message appeared saying my Studio 2017 Freelance license is expired even though my license has no expiry date. Please advise as to what I should do to reactivate.

I opened my Trados as usual and instead of the usual working screen, a message appeared saying my Studio 2017 Freelance license is expired even though my license has no expiry date. Please advise as to what I should do to reactivate.
Please try to reset the license from your RWS account: RWS Account, and activate the license again following these steps: How to activate your Trados Studio perpetual license offline
