I opened my Trados as usual and instead of the usual working screen, a message appeared saying my Studio 2017 Freelance license is expired even though my license has no expiry date. Please advise as to what I should do to reactivate.

Hi Ana Sabo ,
I've exactly the same problem. I followed the video as well, but received the same message as Joanne. Can you log a support case for me as well?
Thank you!
