Activation Issue – Unable to Connect to Activation Server (Error 403)

I encountered an issue during the activation process of SDL Trados.
When I try to activate the software, I receive the following error message:
Activation failed. Cannot connect to the activation server. Please check the activation server address in the provider settings. – The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

I also attempted an offline activation, but it could not be completed due to an instance issue.

Could anyone please advise on how to resolve this issue?
