Our paying our invoice my temporary license to Studio 202 has been made permanent, and I was informed by your colleague. I succeeded in deactivating the temporary license but cannot now activate the permanent one as I get an error message 653 so am still stuck with only 6 days of temporary license to go
I need help in activating the permanent license

Please log in to your RWS account --> download from the download tab Rrados studio 2024, install it and then activate it with the corresponding Activation key that you have under the licensing tab.
Please come back with a screenshot if you still have errors.
