My Trados Studio 2019 keeps deactivating after a few weeks saying "evaluation expired (37)". It has been doing this for the past few months.
I have copy and pasted my license number (for online activation) and sometimes activation code and certifciate (for offline) and had no issues.
NOW that is has happened again, both methods of activation do not work.
My internet connection is fine, I have no clue why the online activation is returning error message. *See Attachment.
I have noticed that when inserting activation code (for offline activation) a completely different installation id automatically pops up. Different from the one I used to generate the activation certificate.
I have created a ticket to ask for help on the customer support portal but no response so far. I am time limited.
Please help. I'm falling behind on my work due to these unfortunate issues.
Would be so grateful for any lifesaver out there.
