Our university purchased several licenses for SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional, but after entering the activation codes using online activation, all of the activation failed, showing the error below.

Firstly, please make sure the license you wish to activate is not In Use - you can see that in the RWS account - Licenses tab. If it shows in use, you need to Reset it and then try to activate it, preferably offline.
