Activation/reset problem with Trados Studio 2019

I have bought a new laptop. With the help of the Chat function, I deactivated the old licence on the old computer, downloaded the Studio 2019 software onto the new laptop, but can't get the activation to work (either with the old activation code or the 'fulfillments' code that also came up on the display). Error message: keine Verbindung zum Aktivierungsserver.... (403). The Chat specialist directed me here. Grateful for any help. Regards, Jonathan
