I am unable to deactivate Trados 2021 on my old PC so have reset the licence, but when I install Trados 2021 on my new PC and enter the activation code, I get an error message saying "Could not activate this license - No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code". Also, the product activation window that pops up relates to a previous trial version that I had, and not the actual paid version I am trying to install.
Thanks Anca. How do you know when the license has been reset? I have clicked on "Reset license" but nothing seemed to happen.

You can see that in your account under Licenses
This means you have one activation free to use.
