Hi Rolf,
Please reset the license from your RWS account - Licenses tab - Reset license button.
You have a Plus license so you can reset both activations and make them Available. If one of them is still in use on a computer, then reset the one that you need to move, check the activation date you have there to decide which one.
After that, please activate the license offline. Thank you.
