My old PC is no longer functioning, and I need to deactivate my SDL Trados Studio 2017 licence and activate it on the new computer.
I reached the screen above but I do not know how to proceed further.
Can you please help?

Hi Patrizia,
You still have one activation free for your Freelance Plus license, you can use this second activation for the new computer and after that you can reset the old one to free it.
Since it's Trados 2017, I advise you to activate it offline. In case it does not work and you have Windows 11 on the new computer, you may need to try the following steps before activating it.
In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).
Then try again offline activation.
