Dear Support Team,
In 2022 I purchased a license for Trados Studio. Recently my laptop received a new hard drive, on which Trados Studio had previously been installed. After the upgrade, I downloaded and installed Studio again.
Since then, I regularly receive either a message that the license must be activated or that the license number is invalid – although I have entered it correctly.
I request your assistance: What steps are required for me to use Trados Studio again without restrictions and to make the error messages permanently disappear?
