License reset limit exceeded – urgent reactivation needed

Hello RWS Support / Community Team,

I’m encountering a critical issue with my Trados Studio 2022 Freelance perpetual license:

- My main computer (Laptop 1) is currently being repaired.
- I used another computer (Laptop 2) as backup to work and attempted to reset the license online multiple times.
- Each time, I received an error activating the licence and now the portal says I can’t deactivate more than 3 times in 12 months.
- My RWS account still shows the license as “in use” and I cannot activate it on Laptop 2.

Could you please manually reset my license so I can reactivate it? I rely on Trados Studio to work, and this block is preventing me from doing my job.

I can provide the activation code and any additional details as needed.
