Received message "Your subscription has expired" even though my student subscription is valid until next year

To whom it may concern,

I have recently renewed my student subscription to Trados Studio Freelance for another year. My account says it's valid until August 14, 2026. But earlier today after I opened Trados, I got the message that said "Your subscription has expired." I logged out my account and re-logged in, but the message stayed. And I was not able to use the software. 

Will someone please shed light as to what is happening?
