SDL Trados Studio 2017 activation after PC crash

Hello,

My computer had crashed. Upon reinstalling OS and Trados Studio 2017, I am not able to Activate the Product. I have installed updates too.
I keep getting below message.

Activation failed.
The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

Please advise.
