Cannot deactivate license

Hi Moderators,

I have a Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus 2-license solution. Just like others here, my laptop is no longer in the land of the living and apparently I cannot deactivate 1 of my 2 licenses on my own.

I see that I have to log a support case by making a post here and that someone will be in touch if I do, please find the post.
