Software: Trados Studio 2022 Pro Network License

Details:

I have a problem with Trados studio 2022 pro network license deactivation.  We are going to upgrade the version from 22 to 24 thus needed to deactivate before upgrading.

I tried deactivate several times even restarted the server but same result.  Every time I clicked deactivate button it respond deactivate successfully but in reality it isn't.  25 licenses were stuck.

I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

Please help.  Thank you.
