My laptop is not suitable for windows 11 so I have had to move trados studio 2022 to my pc. I have deactivated Studio on my laptop. When I open Studio on my pc and click "activate" I can see my registration code and a link "deactivate". When I go to my account I get the information that I have a permanent version of Studio 2022 but it is not in use. To the right is "activate offline" or similar. When I click on this I need my Installation ID which I do not have. What can I do? Thanks, David
