License deactivate or reset request for Trados Studio 2017

Dear RWS Support Team,

I am writing to request a manual license deactivate or reset for my Trados Studio 2017 license. 

I have recently purchased a new PC and am unable to transfer my license.

The deactivation on the old PC is not possible because the desktop is synced via OneDrive, and the Trados on the old PC is not functioning correctly.

As I am unable to resolve this on my own, I would be grateful for your kind assistance in manually deactivating or resetting the license on the server side.
