I need my license to be reset as I’ve reached the maximum number of allowed attempts.

I’m trying to reinstall my Trados Studio 2021 license on a new computer, but I keep encountering error code 210150, and I’m unable to proceed.

Could you please assist me with resetting the license or advise on how to resolve this issue?
