Error when trying to upgrade Studio 2022 to 2024

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade my Studio license from 2022 to 2024 but get an error message every time:

RWS Account page showing an error message in a red box stating 'An error has occurred'. Instructions to contact support or reload the page are provided below the message.

Can someone please help?
