I want to process the local project (the packeae of which is provided from my clientt) on both of my desctop activated by the license code and my another laoptop.

The project file is loaded on my one drive.

When upgraded to Studio 2024, the support staff said Studio 2024 can be activated locally for the desktop and by cloud activation for another laptop.

You cannot open packages in the cloud, you can open that package with the desktop version.

The Cloud version for Trados has a few limitations compared to the desktop:

- you cannot use all the apps 

- you cannot use server-based TMs

- you cannot open project packages

You can migrate the packages to the cloud, but please read the documentation from the below link:

Another thing, we do not advise working directly on the files that are shared on OneDrive or similar storage options - because it may cause issues with the files in questions since OneDrive requires constant internet connection, so we advise to save the files locally.
