Dear RWS Support Team,

I am unable to activate SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus on my PC after performing a license reset.

What I have tried:

• Followed the offline activation procedure.

• Entered my Activation Code (already registered in my RWS account).

• The Installation ID was generated correctly.

• Tried to generate and enter the Offline Activation Certificate.

Issue:
When entering the certificate, I received the error message:
"Offline activation failed. Status code: 210202 - lock info is not matching."
