I have received a deactivation code/ticket but am asked for a deactivation certificate, but there is no way to generate such a certificate. There is not button for generating a deactivation certificate. I feel like I have tried everything. Can you help?
I need to deactive the license in order to use it on a new computer, as my old computer has crashed and the hard drive is not recoverable. Thank you.
