Hi,

I have been having trouble with my Studio 2019 programme, there seems to be 1 problem after another.

The latest one is that I have tried to generate target files from a project xliff and got the message “failed to save target content: object reference not set to an instance of an object”.

The online help says to repair the programme, and various other steps, ending in re-installing; all of which I have done. However, I still get the same error message.

Also, when I re-installed my program, I couldn’t activate it but had to use a trial version which seems to be allocated to me.

When I try to activate my licence, I get the error message that the program could not connect to the activation server as the remote server returned an error message; it was forbidden – error message 403.

I need help on both issues please.
