I can't activate a new license

I am a permanent licenser who wants to activate a new license in order to continue translation work. When I try to click an activation button, the process circles goes around without any stop.
Then I found an error message saying "We cannot connect with an activation server. Please confirm your activation server address via a provider."

I am still a beginner who can't understand how Trados works out who needs a translation assignment. 
Please help me solve this problem so that I can use a new Trados.

    I don't know why you kept using Trados 2021 since clearly you had the upgrade in your RWS account. You purchased an Upgrade from Trados Studio 2022 Freelance to Trados Studio 2024 Freelance last year, and since the upgrade was processed, the only license you can activate and use is Trados 2024. 

    Therefore, you need to download and install Trados 2024, not Trados 2021.

    Please save and backup the files you worked on previously in Trados  2021 and you can open them again in Trados 2024.

    Our technical support team does have members covering APAC area, but in order to contact them directly for technical issues, you need to have a paid support and maintenance contract.

    However, this situation relates to you using and trying to activate a version of Trados that actually no longer can be activated since you processed the upgrade you purchased last year, and the activation code you have in your account is for Trados 2024 and not for Trados 2021.
