I've just reinstalled Tras'dos 2021 Professional on my laptop. I've run the set up and successfully created a project. But when I try to create a package, Trados freezes at the step where I have to define and select a user. I've tried to run repair and receive an error saying there is another version of Trados installed. But there is only one version installed. How do I fix?

Please try to do an Office repair - make sure Trados is closed fully during this procedure.
You can select Windows 10 instead of Windwos 11, if that is what you have, there are two tabs.
Also, please reset the projects-related settings by renaming the projects.xml (to projects_old.xml, for example) in C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Studio 2021\Projects. This procedure also needs to be done with Trados fully closed.
