Hello.
Few days ago I bought the perpetual license for Trados Studio Freelance 2024 via our local reseller.
I had a RWS account from before. The license is ok.. I can log in to RWS Account and I see the license there. The activation of the desktop version was ok.
But I can not log in the Trados cloud products in the browser.
The message is - There was an error in our system. Account.id not provided.
Tried different computers, browsers, clearing the cache, nothing helped.
And also the sharing to cloud in the desktop version does not work. I tried with my termbase and the program fell.
Can you please give me an advice what to do with it?
