Lost license

I usually have my license for Trados Studio 2024 activated on two computers. The other day I changed the name of one of the computers. When I opened Trados Studio I was asked to make some configuration. I entered the new name of the computer and my email address. Then it said my license had expired. It is activated on my other computer, and I cannot activate it on the one with the new name. The system obviously thinks I am trying to use my license on three computers. Can you help me solve the problem?
