Fuzzy matches showing without any marking

Hi! 
 Some months ago I started having this problem with the fuzzy matches showing without any colors or markings, which is of course very inefficient to work with. At that moment I was working with Studio 2024 on a Windows 10 PC, but now I migrated to a new PC running on Windows 11 and installed the latest release of Studio 2024 from scratch. At first the problem seemed to be solved, but now it reappeared. I tried to uninstall and install several times. T he configuration of the Translation results windows looks ok (I didn't change anything there). It occurs with all kind of projects, when I create them myself or when I open a package. I attach a screen shot for reference. 
 I really hope someone can help me solve this mystery.

 A reset might help you with this. To do this just close Trados Studio and then delete these folders: 
 %appdata%\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio18\ 
 %appdata%\Trados\Trados Studio\18\ 
 You will lose your plugins, and also your settings, but your projects and other resources will remain untouched. Putting the plugins back is trivial via the integrated appstore. 
 If you can't find these folders then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders: 
 www.howtogeek.com/.../ 
 Then restart Trados Studio and see if that helped.
