License expired but my license has no expiry

I opened my Trados as usual and instead of the usual working screen, a message appeared saying my Studio 2021 Freelance license is expired even though my license has no expiry date. Please advise as to what I should do to reactivate? I followed the video proposed in a previous post, but I receive this message:
